StatCO2 colourimetric end tidal CO2 detectors from Mercury Medical provide fast, reliable visual confirmation of endotracheal tube placement during intubation and ongoing patient transport. Designed for durability and consistent performance, StatCO2 detectors assist clinicians in verifying proper airway placement through clear breath to breath colour change indication of exhaled CO2.
Suitable for a wide range of patient sizes, the range includes:
- StatCO2 for patients greater than 15 kg
- Mini StatCO2 for patients between 1 kg and 15 kg
- Neo StatCO2 for neonatal patients between 0.25 kg and 6 kg
Each device connects easily between the endotracheal tube and breathing circuit, allowing exhaled gas to pass through the indicator for approximate end tidal CO2 detection by colour comparison. StatCO2 and Mini StatCO2 devices feature convenient pull tab activation, while the Neo StatCO2 is supplied ready for immediate use without a pull tab.
