The Inteliflo® Single Limb Anaesthesia Breathing System is a double lumen anaesthesia circuit designed for low flow anaesthesia. The circuit features a single tube divided by a central longitudinal septum, with the septal wall running along the length of the tube to reduce compliance and help deliver accurate gas volumes.

Available in adult and paediatric configurations, Inteliflo® offers a range of circuit lengths and component options to suit different clinical and anaesthesia requirements.

The single limb design eliminates the need for a Y-piece, helping to reduce dead space and overall circuit weight. This can also reduce torsional forces transmitted to the patient’s airway device. The lightweight design and single tube construction help minimise clutter around the anaesthesia area and ICU bed.

Inteliflo® provides flexible gas sampling options, with configurations available with a machine-end gas sampling port and integral monitoring line, or patient-end gas sampling at the elbow.

The circuit uses flexible, kink-resistant tubing designed to maintain gas flow even when twisted through 180°. This provides flexibility during patient positioning, transport and ventilation.

Inteliflo® can be used across a range of clinical environments, including operating rooms, transport ventilation, MRI suites and short-term mechanical ventilation in intensive care units.
